- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Civil Servant Act. 1974, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules, namely:
Short title, application and commencement,
(1) These rules may be called the Revised Leave Rlues, 1981.
(2) They shall apply to all civil servants other than those who were employed before the first dat of July, 1978 and opted not to be governed by the Revision of Leave Rules issued under the Finance Department Circular Letter No. FD.SR-III-1-85/78 dated 5th November, 1978.
(3) They shall come into force atonce
